On the backend, Microsoft Power Apps brings data clarity with Power BI, smart automation with AI, and the flexibility to keep operations running smooth.

Operations

 A fully featured backend for managing package bookings and related activities. The core intellectual property is a model-driven Power App, empowering users to extend functionality and implement advanced automation with ease.

WordPress Plugin

A plugin that makes it easy to manage offerings and bookings. It connects to your backend via API for taxonomy support and adds custom Elementor components:

Web Bookings

A fast, Node.js-powered web app featuring intuitive search and lookup functionality. Users interact through a clean API-driven UI, while booking and lookup data is securely transmitted as JSON to the backend.

Destination

A grouping of items, typically based on geographic locations or experiences, used to create a structured taxonomy for offerings on website. 

Item

Each individual offering item is associated with one or more packages, allowing for a tailored schedule of departures. Package

Flexible Payment Scedule

Each package can be configured to accept multiple payments, ensuring flexibility for travelers. Payments are structured with a due date, optional designated payment method, and calculated amounts based on:

  • Fixed amount per traveler
  • Percentage of the total package price
  • Remainder-based calculation, covering the balance after other payments

This setup allows for customized payment plans, improving convenience and enhancing the sales experience.

Registered per traveler

Activity registration per traveler can be set automatically per booking, added as a paid add-on, or modified by users. It can also serve as a placeholder for automation, such as Power Automate (PA)

The system provides a set of reports tailored to specific activity types, such as flights, hotelbooking, passports, and other.

Offer & Availability Setup

Our system gives you full control over how travel offers are created and displayed.
Set availability at the component level across multiple price bands—these price bands form the building blocks of each offer.

A package can include one or several offer lines, giving you complete flexibility in how products are assembled and sold.

Smart Front-End Availability Controls

Choose how offers appear on your website as they sell out.

You can:

  • Keep them visible with a “Sold Out” label, or
  • Automatically hide them once no longer available.

This ensures customers always see accurate, real-time availability.

Waitlist registration for packages that sell out.

When a package uses multiple price bands, the remaining availability automatically limits what custemrs an book.

Example: If single rooms are sold out, customers can only book options that match what’s left—such as a double room requiring at least two travelers.

Packages with Limited Components

Whether availability depends on hotel room types, flight classes, or a mix of components, the system automatically adjusts the booking options shown to customers.

Once a component tier/offer sells out, it’s either removed or marked unavailable, ensuring a accurate booking experience.

Flexible Sales Options for a Single Inventory Unit

Sell one inventory item in different ways using multiple price bands.

Example: A double hotel room can be sold as a twin or double option, even though it uses the same inventory.

Dynamic Cost Updates

Set cost prices and allocation rules for each package component, with values automatically recalculated every time a booking comes in—ensuring accurate, up-to-date contribution insights.

Flexible Allocation Rules

Create clear cost rules for each activity or component, including minimum purchase levels and pricing above those thresholds.

Actionable Insights

Your costing data is transformed into meaningful metrics that support smarter decisions and support overall contribution insight.

Waitlist registration

When a package is in Sales but has no seats available, web vistors are automatically given the option to register for the waitlist.

Waitlist Visibility

The waitlist can be viewed directly within each package or displayed as a customizable query, allowing you to modify columns and rows based on your preferences.

Backend Waitlist Management

The waitlist does not generate standard bookings but functions as flexible worksheet entries that can be easily managed and updated. For example:

  • Convert to Bookings: Seamlessly change waitlist
    entries into confirmed bookings when seats become
    available.
  • Transfer to New Packages: Move waitlist entries to a
    new package if one is created.
  • Custom Communication Flows: Set up tailored
    workflows for different types of customer

Publishing a New Travel Item

Once a new travel product is identified, the process to publish the offering on the WordPress (WP) site:

  1. Design a Template in WordPress:
    Create and store a template in WP. You can use AI tools to generate descriptions and source images.
  2. Create an Item in Operation:
    Create an item in backend and link it to the WP template.
  3. Set Up the Prices and avalibiliyt in Operation:
    Create a package (status= “Preparation”) Fine-tune the backend details, and at the same time, an unpublished page is generated for the package.
  4. Customize the Package Design in WP:
    Adjust the package design in WP if it differs from the original template.
  5. Publish the Package:
    When the package is ready for sales, change its status.  This automatically publishes the package on the website, making it available for bookings.
  6. Indicate Sold-Out Status:
    When all PAX are sold out, update to the web offer is automatic and offering of wailtlist registration.
Sold Out (Not Available)

Activate Waitlist Registration:
When a package is sold out, the system automatically switches all booking options to waitlist registration, allowing the backend to manage new waitlist entries.

Unpublish the Package:
If the package status in TA is changed from “In Sales” to any other status, the package is automatically unpublished and no longer available on the WP site.
